1 Kings 15:2-4

² He ruled for three years in Jerusalem. His mother’s name was Maacah the daughter of Abishalom. ³ And he walked in all the sins which his father had done before him. He was not faithful to the Lord with all his heart, like the heart of his father David. ⁴ But the Lord his God gave him a lamp in Jerusalem because of David. He gave him a son to rule after him and to keep Jerusalem strong.
